4 oz. of your favorite cured ham (Pancetta, Prosciutto or Capicola)

 

Instructions

 

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Before cooking product, peel back film cover and place ham on top of Scalloped Potatoes.  Replace film and prepare as directed.  Carefully remove from oven and let stand 3-5 minutes before serving

COOKING GUIDELINES
For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to at least 165°F before eating. Promptly refrigerate unused portions.

Ovens vary. Cooking times and oven temperatures may need adjustment.

RECOMMENDED: CONVENTIONAL OVEN 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove Panko Bread pouch and place tray of Scalloped Potatoes on baking sheet. Vent corner of film and bake for 65 minutes. OPTIONAL: Remove film completely, sprinkle bread crumbs over top and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

SECONDARY: MICRO-BAKE (1200 Watt Microwave; Preheat Conventional oven to 350
°F.)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove Panko Bread pouch. Vent corner of film and cook in microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and discardfilm. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top (if desired) and place tray on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

CAUTION:  NOT FOR USE IN TOASTER OVEN, PORTABLE ELECTRIC OVEN OR BROILER. DO NOT REUSE THE TRAY.
